  I got my hair permanently straightened and cut however the treatment didn't work and my cut was uneven. I called up to see if I could get a refund but they were very rude and asked me to come back again to redo the treatment (it's not healthy to get this treatment done twice within a short period of time but it was my only option). Unfortunately it didn't work again and I called up but they didn't offer me a refund and were extremely rude, even head office couldn't help because they are a franchise store. Definitely do not recommend to anyone, customer service was horrible. What an absolute waste of time and money, they don't even deserve one star.
