Horrible customer service.
I won't be buying a Range Rover from this dealership especially from their sales executive Simon.
I walked in with my wife to inquire about buying her a Range Rover. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to interact with us, Simon sat in his chair and called to us from his desk. He couldn't even be bothered to walk over and greet us. After a brief conversation where he made us feel as if we were wasting his time, he obliged to print some details for us. As he walked off to collect the papers he started serving another customer and left us sitting there waiting for over 10 minutes.

Finally we decided to leave, as he was now wasting our time, and his words to us were "sorry I'm serving two customers right now" and he said this to us without even looking up from his computer.

So you can say goodbye to our $150,000 as we will be taking our money elsewhere.

Wanted to buy a car from them. Drove for 30 mins to test drive a model they said they had. Even confirmed 15 minutes out and said it was absolutely available to drive. Arrived and then told me car wasn't actually there, and tried to sell me something else. Incredibly sketchy and dishonest sales people...avoid!

Kinda mixed. I've brought two new cars through them, a Defender and an F-Type Jag. I also had a new Range Rover Vogue from another dealer. All have had issues, Brookvale sorted some but not others. It's probably more an issue with the product than the dealer itself. Andrew the old Sales Manager was good but the new service team were rude to my wife recently. Anyhow my Defender is back there again for a new warranty issue so we'll see how that goes.
